Your products will be shipped either by UPS or USPS.  We will ship as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

International Purchases
We welcome international purchases!  However, our store software is not set up to calculate global shipping costs. To arrange international purchases and shipping Contact Us

Packaging
We've been shipping our glass beauties for over a decade now, and we think we've gotten pretty good at it. Every item is carefully packaged in a combination of bubble wrap, recycled and/or biodegradable packing peanuts, and recyclable cardboard boxes (generally double-boxed) to ensure that it reaches you in pristine condition. We strongly encourage you to reuse/recycle these packing materials to help mitigate their environmental impact! (If you don't have use for extra peanuts, your local pack-and-ship store will probably be happy to have them.)

Statement of Product Originality
Our products are individually handcrafted as a "one of a kind" original for each order.  Please take into account that the custom-made products may look slightly different than the website sample because of the uniqueness of each piece and there may be some variations in color or shape. 

 

Payment Information

The Furnace accepts all major credit and debit cards through PAYPAL. When you make a purchase, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure, online website to enter your payment information. PayPal is trusted by millions, so you can be assured that your information will remain private. After your transaction, you will be automatically redirected back to the The Furnace website.
