Refund policy

Accidents sometimes happen.
As explained in our shipping policy, we make every effort to ensure that the blown glass piece(s) you order will arrive to you in pristine condition... but sometimes accidents happen. If anything arrives at your location in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will need photo(s) of the damaged item(s) as well as photo(s) of the state of the packaging to properly resolve the situation. We will file insurance claims as necessary and ship replacement item(s) as quickly as possible.

Returns/exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase--and with our return/exchange policies we aim to be as fair as possible to all parties involved. As a general guideline, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt so that in the event of a problem, the situation can be resolved in a timely fashion. If you are unsatisfied with your piece(s), please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can discuss how best to proceed (e.g., a return, an exchange, etc.). If a return is authorized, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping; items that are returned damaged will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any returns of regular production items. There are no returns/refunds on special orders, custom items, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
